Cancellation Policy

Please note that no cancellations or changes are allowed within 48 hours of the appointment.

As a self-employed therapist, late cancellations and no-shows directly impact my business. I understand unexpected events can arise, and I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations so that I can attempt to fill the vacant slot.

Any bookings that are cancelled, rescheduled, unattended, or missed without 48 hours notice will be subject to the full treatment price.

As your therapist, if, after consultation, I determine that your booked treatment is not suitable for you, I will first attempt to offer an alternative treatment. If that isn't possible, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking.

To ensure safe and effective treatments, please inform me in advance of any medical conditions or ongoing treatment by a doctor or specialist.

Any clients who have received a vaccine within 48 hours of their appointment may not be able to receive their scheduled treatment. Please contact me in advance if you have a vaccine appointment scheduled before your treatment to avoid disappointment and potential cancellation fees.

If you start to feel unwell or develop any COVID-19 related/cold symptoms, or test positive for Coronavirus, please inform me as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment. I cannot provide treatment if you are feeling unwell, even if the symptoms are unrelated to Coronavirus.
